Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Once approved, items should be returned within 14 days of notification.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used tackle, opened lines, or items showing signs of use cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.


Return Postage

  • If an item is returned due to a fault or error on our part, return postage will be covered by us.

  • For unwanted items, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
